Our Story

Salon Papillon is a progressive, full service salon.  We have been keeping St.Louis beautiful since 1979!

Original owners, Eric and Renate Ebbinghaus, opened as Papillon Ltd (unisex) after moving here from Germany.

In 2003 Doug and Teresa Brewer and Claudia Dykstra took ownership and became Salon Papillon's 2nd owners.  They thrived for 14 years. 

January 2017, Bianca Palacios (Doug and Teresa's niece) became the 3rd owner.  She started as a receptionist in 2003 and soon became salon director and then an esthetician in 2013.

April 2023, current owners, Teresa & Bianca were happy to have the team from Salon Genesis join us.
